Terra International Construction LLC applies a structured quality management approach across enquiry, planning, procurement, execution, quality control, delivery, auditing, and continual improvement.

Quality Management System

The QMS manual of Terra International Construction defines the quality management system established to provide conformance to the requirements of QMS ISO 9001:2015.

Terra International Construction's QMS manual covers all activities ranging from enquiry receipt, preparing quotations, customer order/approval, purchasing of materials, planning, project execution, quality control, stores, delivery, and all subsequent activities within the organization.

All outsourced processes are identified and controlled through the purchasing process. The Quality Management System also describes the arrangements for process sequence and interaction, employee competence, the suitability of suppliers, and the arrangements for preventing nonconformance, customer satisfaction, improvement, and preventive action together with systematic auditing and review of the entire system.

Our QMS has been created to ensure proper implementation of the PDCA approach and process-based quality management system.
